Brochures are characteristically notorious for their time-impredictability. Most standard brochures take 1 to 2 weeks to complete. It is also understood that our clients often need their projects done for a next-weekend-show. Measures can be taken for short turnaround projects.
As versions of your artwork are completed, they are sent to you by email in a PDF format. We can then discuss the artwork by phone, email, MSN Messenger, or meeting face to face. All PCs and Macs currently produced are sold with a PDF reader already installed. It can also be downloaded for free from Adobe.
After payment of services, your valuable art files will be given to you upon request. Specialized software may need to be purchased to allow your office to make any changes to the files. Logo files will be submitted to you on disk or by email in a format that will be supported by your word processor, printer, or publication. Additionally, Image Quest – Roseville will keep your files onsite for up to one year with a back up held offsite. After one year, your files may be archived and secured in a hardened facility. If the files are archived, there may be a small fee to restore them.

If you do not currently have a domain name, Image Quest can register one for you or guide you in registering your own. You may also have one that is currently unattached or points to another website. In either case, we will assist you to connect the domain name to your new leased website.

Lease terms are 1 year and may be renewed or renegotiated at that time.
Your lease will be charged automatically every month for the term of the lease. Payments will be setup with PayPal and made automatically until the lease ends. If lease is bought out anytime during the term of the lease, this payment schedule will be stopped.
Yes, the lease may be bought out at any time. After the 1 year lease term, the buyout price starts at $595 and is determined by the size of the site. Once the lease is bought out, the site content and files become yours. You may elect to keep the hosting with us ($15/mo or $120/yr) or we can move it to your host for a nominal fee.
The files that comprise the website will be owned and managed by Image Quest Creative during the lease term. The copyright for your content remains with you. Image Quest Creative will not use your content for any other client or purpose other than for your website. If you buy out the lease, the files are yours and may be transferred as needed.
Yes, once the site is complete, you will be given a unique login to give you editing privileges for your page content. Content management DOES NOT require any specialized software. You can access your editing features from any modern browser on a connected computer or Chromebook.
Only if you want us to. The websites are built in a WordPress CMS framework. WordPress is supported by many webmasters both in the US and abroad.

No. We are happy to use your printer at your request. It becomes your responsibility to oversee the final printing process. Should you need print or prepress assistance from us, there may be additional charges.
During proofing, content errors (text and images) are noted and corrected well prior to the project going to press. You will be asked to approve a final full-color proof prior to printing. Please be very careful when reviewing the final proof as the client is responsible for any content errors including misspellings after this point. Any serious printing error stemming from press defects will be corrected and reprinted.
